Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

At StudentLancer, we strive to ensure absolute satisfaction with our digital services. Our refund policies are structured around the milestones of our projects.

2. Advance Payments

The initial advance payment (typically 30%) made to commence the project is non-refundable once the development or design work has officially started, as it covers the initial resource allocation and planning phases.

3. Mid-Project Cancellations

If a project is cancelled by the client during the development phase (after the advance but before final delivery), we will retain the payments made up to the completed milestones. No further payments will be required, but past milestone payments will not be refunded.

4. Exceptions

A full refund may be issued at our sole discretion if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon project entirely due to internal reasons on our side, provided no significant work has been utilized by the client.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
