Welcome to StudentLancer. By using our website and services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

StudentLancer provides digital services including but not limited to web development, app development, and branding. All services are performed digitally and delivered online.

3. Payments and Milestones

Payments are structured in milestones as agreed upon before the start of the project. A typical structure includes an advance payment, a mid-point payment, and a final payment upon completion. All payments are securely processed through our authorized payment gateways.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a project, the intellectual property rights of the delivered digital product are transferred to the client. StudentLancer retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to project commencement.

5. Revisions and Modifications

We provide a specified number of revisions during the development phases. Any major modifications outside the original agreed-upon scope of work will be subject to additional charges and timeline adjustments.

6. Limitation of Liability

StudentLancer shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or digital products.
